jll44 Terms & Conditions — Legal Agreement for PAGCOR-Licensed Gaming Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of jll44 Services shall first be escalated to jll44 Customer Support for internal resolution. If internal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, disputes may be submitted to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution service for mediation.

For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR mediation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts located in Metro Manila, Republic of the Philippines. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by jll44 to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or jll44's right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without jll44's written consent. jll44 may assign these Terms to any successor entity in the event of merger, acquisition, or sale of business.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jll44 and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
